Yuvi serves as the founder and Managing Director of INNOWIT AI, a pioneering technology company within the YellowStone XPs group of companies. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Yuvi brings extensive experience in digital transformation and technology-driven business solutions. Yuvi has leveraged his expertise to establish INNOWIT AI as a leader in AI-enabled solutions, software development, and enterprise services. Based in Dubai, Yuvi has been instrumental in expanding INNOWIT AI’s footprint, with the company’s head office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and a tech center in India. His vision focuses on delivering cutting-edge technology to empower businesses and governments, particularly through government projects and big data solutions.

Winny, Business Head – UAE

Winny is our Business Head – UAE, bringing an impressive 15 years of experience with a diverse skill set in business activities, strategic planning, and IT project management across multiple platforms. Her expertise spans brand strategy, digital and traditional media, and software projects, making her a dynamic asset to our operations. With a proven track record working with global brands such as the World Bank, Unilever, Wave Money, and more, Winny has consistently delivered impactful solutions. Based at our Corporate Office in Dubai, she has successfully led programs for UAE clients, providing valuable local insights and professional expertise to the company and our partners.

Priyanka Goyal, Head of Business Development

Priyanka Goyal is a Business Development leader with extensive international experience driving B2B growth, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and revenue expansion across global technology, SaaS, and digital platform ecosystems.
She has a proven track record in building go-to-market strategies, developing strategic alliances, managing complex enterprise engagements, and driving market expansion across APAC, Europe, and GCC markets.
With strong expertise in AI, SaaS, fintech, digital transformation, and B2B technology solutions, Priyanka effectively bridges commercial strategy, customer needs, and technology outcomes.
She is focused on enabling sustainable business growth through partnership development, enterprise relationships, C-level engagement, and scalable revenue strategies across the UAE and GCC.

Priyanka is also an IICA Certified Independent Director, bringing a strategic governance perspective combined with strong commercial leadership experience.

Arun Goyal, Head of Technology

Arun Goyal brings over 25 years of rich experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). A seasoned IT leader, Arun has served as a consultant with Wipro, contributing to critical Digital Office of IT (DOIT) and government projects. Arun has worked extensively with both domestic and international software development organizations, including Wipro and MTS. His deep domain knowledge spans across telecom solutions, enterprise IT systems, and cloud-based architecture.

Netan Mangal, Ai and Blockchain Lead

Netan Mangal is an AI and blockchain Lead with deep expertise in decentralized systems and data driven platforms. He architected AgroTrust for end to end supply chain transparency, built Reseed a carbon credit NFT marketplace and developed a solar module traceability dashboard for Adani Solar, covering manufacturing through end of life. On the AI side, he’s fine tuned LLMs for personalized tutoring and deployed robust MLOps pipelines on GCP. A featured speaker at TOKEN2049 Dubai and IIM Nagpur, he bridges emerging tech with real world impact.

Raman Singhal, CHRO

Dr. Raman Singhal is a distinguished Chief Human Relationship Officer with 19+ years of transformative experience driving organizational excellence across HR, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting functions. Currently leading comprehensive support operations across multiple locations, he has successfully architected integrated business frameworks spanning strategic HR transformation, SAP/ERP implementation, end-to-end operations management, supply chain optimization, and financial accounting oversight. Dr. Singhal has expanded his expertise beyond traditional HR leadership to encompass comprehensive operations management, procurement excellence, and accounting controls, making him a versatile business leader capable of managing complex, multi-dimensional organizational challenges. His proven track record includes successful SAP HR migration, PAN India payroll management, vendor partnership optimization, and the implementation of automated systems that consistently deliver measurable improvements in operational productivity, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance across diverse industries and geographies.

Ervin’s extensive experience with leading IT and Logistics companies in the USA and UAE, Ervin brings sharp commercial acumen and exceptional client engagement skills to our team. At INNOWIT AI, he will lead our Business Development efforts, overseeing end-to-end sales, project support in the USA and UAE, and after-sales client relationship management for both UAE-based and global clients.

Boushra Hasan, Sales & Marketing

Bella brings over 8 years of rich experience in the marketing and media industry. Prior to joining INNOWIT AI, she played multiple dynamic roles at a leading media channel, including Reporter, Digital Marketer, and Influencer, showcasing her versatility and communication in Arabic across platforms.
At INNOWIT AI, Bella serves as a Sales & Marketing Executive, where she actively handles Pre-Sales, Brand Awareness, Digital Marketing campaigns, and corporate events.
