Services Provided

Innowitai offers web and mobile application development services. Detailed descriptions of services will be provided in individual quotes and proposals.

Payment Terms

Customers are required to pay fees as outlined in the quote. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the final products developed by Innowitai will be transferred to the customer. We retain the right to use project descriptions and examples in our portfolio.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing all necessary information and access required for project completion. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential. This includes any sensitive data shared during the course of the project.

Limitation of Liability

Innowitai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will be due immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Innowitai operates.
